The design completed by AS K&H was ordered by Tallinn Communal Department and the works were effected in 2009. The special conditions on the protection of antiquities by Andres Levaldi were the following: the historical cemetery plans should be taken into consideration to prevent the new roads crossing the old graves (to preserve or reconstruct the historical road-network). When creating the byways the walking paths or the paths with transferable surfacing without bordering shall be preferred. The main road can be of hard surfacing. The designing principles of a free shape landscape park shall be followed, any excavations in the park shall be well‑groun­ded. The primeval trees shall be preserved and the bush edges shall be added.
