The Spirit and Clint character area located between Pallasti Bridge and Narva Road entwines the clint’s landscape with Estonian cultural history, as there are a number of cultural objects throughout the path (including Kadriorg Park, Kumu Art Museum, Tallinn Lower Lighthouse and the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds).
