The Ancient Clint’s character area leads to an ancient valley that borders the eastern part of Klindi Park. A cape near the Pirita River Valley is home to the Iru hill fort, which was the home of a fortified settlement for ancient Estonians from 8th to 5th century BC and also a fortress from 5th to 10th century AD.
