Benefits for apartment associations

Apartment associations can apply for grants, for example, to renovate the facade, make the house more energy-efficient, tidy up yards, and landscape.
- Audit grant: Grant for conducting an energy audit, load-bearing capacity assessment audit for roofs and balconies or audit for balconies and awnings.
- Grant for follow-up activities of the balcony and awning audit: Grant for carrying out essential construction projects named in the audit report.
- Training grant for a board member of an apartment association: The training should aim to enhance the knowledge of the board members regarding legislation and their rights and responsibilities or to develop effective communication skills.
- Bicycle storage shed grant: Apartment associations can apply for a grant to build a bicycle storage shed next to the building. A separate bike storage building or a room modified for bike storage can be designated as a bike storage shed. The grant covers up to 70% of the construction costs.
- Fire safety improvement allowance: allowance designated for carrying out essential works specified by the Estonian Rescue Board.
- Facade renovation grant: The goal of this grant is to help improve the apartment building’s energy efficiency and to renovate its facade.
- Yard maintenance grant: The goal of this grant is to help maintain outdoor areas and to add greenery, a playground or a shared facility to the yard.
- Green Yard support: The goal of this grant is to support the planning and maintenance of greenery.
- Green Transition Subsidy: Apartment associations can apply for funding to support actions related to the green transition.
