The new governor of Kristiine, Renata Lukk, took office
Today was the first day in the office for the new governor of Kristiine, Renata Lukk.
Renata Lukk (b. 1994) earned a master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Tartu in 2018 and a degree in Applied Informatics from Tallinn University in 2021. She has a diverse background as an English teacher across various educational institutions. Since 2023, she was serving as a ministerial advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.From November 2021, Renata Lukk is a member of the political party Eesti 200, from June 2023 she has been a member of the board of Estonia 200 Tallinn region.
Renata Lukk emphasized the importance of maintaining the greenery and investing in the landscaping and upkeep of parks in Kristiine, known for its verdant environment. „We focus on the wellbeing of our residents, hence special attention is paid to social services and their accessibility,“ she stated.
