The Lindakivi Cultural Centre’s roots are in the previous Lindakivi cinema which, in time, became the new community centre.

The Lindakivi Cultural Centre is involved with recreational and social activity clubs and organising exhibitions and events. The centre is located in Lasnamäe and has two buildings: the recreational activity building and the event activity building.

Every year, the centre participates in the organising of the Lasnamäe Days. In addition, they celebrate national holidays and important dates with concerts, theatre performances, thematic festivals and other exciting entertainment programmes for the whole family. There are also several cultural events for ethnic minorities. The collectives and hobby clubs operating in the recreational activity building offer exciting and creative activities for people of any age and ethnicity to spend their free time on.

Since 1 January 2007, the Lindakivi Cultural Centre has been managed by the Lasnamäe District.
