Lindamäe Park (Linda’s Hill Park)
Lindamäe Park is located on the embankment of the former Rootsi (Swedish) bastion. A bronze copy of the statue of Linda by A. Weizenberg was established there. It is her, whom the park owes its name to. The surroundings of the statue are the place where the memorial ceremonies dedicated to the victims of the Soviet repressions traditionally take place. The most remarkable trees of Lindamäe Park are 7 western lime‑trees ca 250 years of age growing in circle. There were 26 species of ligneous plants growing in the park in autumn 2007.
