A ballot box can be delivered to the home of Tallinn residents from the district administration
Residents of Tallinn who are unable to vote electronically or at a polling station due to ill health or other valid reasons can order a ballot box to their place of residence from the City District Government.
"From Friday, March 3, a resident of Tallinn who does not have the opportunity to vote electronically or come to a polling station will be able to vote at home and order a ballot box to be delivered to their home," said Priit Lello, chairman of the Tallinn Election Committee and city secretary. "This is not a convenience service, but a service that helps people. However, voting at home is only possible from Friday to Sunday, and for this we are waiting for applications as early as possible."
Applications can be submitted by phone from 12 pm to 8 pm on 3 and 4 March and from 9 am to 2 pm on 5 March. The contacts of the City District Governments are the following:

E-voting is available 24 hours a day on the website valimised.ee E-voting is available until 8 pm on the evening of 4 March.
E-voting requires a computer with an internet connection and a valid ID card or mobile ID with valid certificates, as well as the PIN1 and PIN2 codes. It is not possible to e-vote using a smart device.
