From November 1, tram line No. 5 will be reinstated in Tallinn, operating on the Kopli-Vana-Lõuna route. The temporary tram route No. 6, connecting Tondi and Kopli, will end its service. All trams' schedules will be updated to work better together. The schedules for trolleybus routes will also be updated to improve their efficiency.

With tram line No. 5 coming back, schedules for tram routes No. 1, 2, 3, and 4 will be aligned to ensure efficiency. This line will end at Vana-Lõuna Street, close to the tram sculpture by artist Kaarel Kurismaa. The last time tram line No. 5 ran on the Kopli-Vana-Lõuna route was in 2004.

Additionally, starting from November 1, departure times for trolleybus routes No. 1, 3, 4, and 5 will be adjusted to enhance their schedule adherence. The weekend schedule of bus line No. 72 will also be changed to better align with the trolleybus No. 4 timetable.

Tallinn's night bus experiment will go on at least until the end of the year. From November 1 to December 31, night buses will operate on Friday and Saturday nights, running every 30 minutes from 12:30 AM to 3:30 AM. The last departure for all night bus lines from Balti jaam heading out of the city centre is at 3:30 AM, while the last departure from the other districts towards Balti jaam is at 3:00 AM. The departure hub for these night bus lines is at Balti Jaam at the county lines stop. Bus line No. 91 heads towards Mustamäe, No. 92 to Väike-Õismäe, No. 93 to Pelguranna, and No. 94 to Priisle.

Ongoing construction on the Old City Harbor tramway means that bus lines No. 1, 2, 9, 11, 14, 15, 18, 18A, 20, 20A, 23, 29, 31, 34, 35, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 51, 55, 60, 63, and 66 will continue their detoured routes.
