Operating hours for Tallinn’s waste stations to change starting November 1
As of Friday, November 1, the waste stations of the Tallinn Circular Economy Center (Tallinna Ringmajanduskeskus) will switch to autumn-winter hours, meaning shorter operating hours. This seasonal schedule will be in effect until March 31, 2025.
During the autumn-winter period, the Pääsküla, Rahumäe, Paljassaare, and Pärnamäe waste stations will be open on weekdays from 14:00 to 19:00, while the Lilleküla circular economy center will be open from 11:00 to 18:00 on weekdays. All waste stations and the circular economy center will be open from 10:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
All stations will be closed on public holidays, including December 24–25, January 1, and February 24, 2025.
The hazardous waste collection points of the Tallinn Circular Economy Center will continue to operate as usual on weekends, allowing residents to safely dispose of hazardous waste free of charge from 10:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. These points will also be closed on public holidays.
