Waste station opening hours to change from 1 April

Waste station opening hours to change from 1 April

Starting Tuesday, 1 April, the Tallinn Circular Economy Center’s waste stations will switch to their spring-summer schedule, which means extended opening hours. The new schedule will remain in effect until 31 October 2025.

The Pääsküla, Rahumäe, Paljassaare and Pärnamäe waste stations will be open on weekdays from 12:00 to 20:00 and on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 10:00 to 18:00. The Lilleküla Circular Economy Center will be open on weekdays from 11:00 to 18:00 and on weekends from 10:00 to 15:00.

All stations will be closed on national holidays, including Good Friday (18 April), Easter Sunday (20 April), Spring Day (1 May), Victory Day (23 June), Midsummer Day (24 June), and Restoration of Independence Day (20 August).

The Tallinn Circular Economy Center’s hazardous waste collection points will continue to operate on weekends as usual — every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 15:00, residents can drop off hazardous waste free of charge. The collection points will also be closed on national holidays.

Tallinn Circular Economy Center also invites residents to visit its repair workshops:
  • Lilleküla sewing repair workshop: open Wednesdays 12:00–17:00, Thursdays 14:00–19:00, and on odd-numbered Saturdays from 11:00–15:00.
  • Lilleküla upholstery repair workshop: open Tuesdays and Wednesdays 15:00–20:00, and on even-numbered Saturdays from 11:00–15:00.
