* Students and persons residing permanently in Tallinn, according to the population register records, will be required to validate their travel by swiping the Green Card each time they board a public transport vehicle. Personalised Smartcard will only be valid with a personal identity document. Person’s permanent residence records in the population register will be checked once per month. When you have registered an address outside Tallinn as your permanent residence, you no linger can use your travel benefits in Tallinn.
* If you have registered Tallinn as your permanent residence only after the personalisation of your Green Card, you must repeat the personalisation procedure to obtain the right of free travel, available to residents of Tallinn.
