City-owned representative buildings can be rented for receptions, seminars and meetings. The minimum rental time for the Roosikrants Residence, Jaan Poska House and Särgava Guest House is three hours.

The Roosikrants Residence

The Roosikrants Residence is located at Roosikrantsi 4B.
The residence has a large hall on the first floor and smaller meeting rooms on the second floor for seminars and meetings. WIFI and video conference equipment is available in the house. Catering must be ordered separately.

The hall on the first floor of the building has 30 seats, and can accommodate up to 50 people for a standing reception. The room can be equipped with a large conference table, a screen and a flipchart.

On the second floor you will find:

A large room for meetings. The room has a conference table and seating for up to 10 people around the table. The room is also equipped with a data projector, a screen and a flipchart.

A small room for meetings. The room has a conference table and seating for up to seven people around it.

A computer class seating up to 10 people and an instructor.

Särgava Guest House

Särgava Guest House is located in Pirita-Kose at Ernst Särgava allee 4.
The Särgava Guest House can be used for hosting indoor meetings, banquets, lunches, dinners and receptions for up to 50 participants and seminars for up to 26 participants. WIFI and video conference equipment is available in the house. Catering must be ordered separately.

A meeting room is located on the first floor of the guest house. The room has a conference table and seating for up to 26 participants. You can use a whiteboard, a data projector and a screen.

The guest house also has a separate sauna building that can be used for meetings for up to 25 participants.

Jaan Poska House

Jaan Poska House is located at Jaan Poska tn 8. The building can be rented for official representative events, especially conference receptions. WIFI and video conference equipment is available in the house. Catering must be ordered separately.

The banquet hall is on the ground floor. The optimal number of participants for a formal lunch or dinner is 14-16 people. In the case of a standing reception, the banquet hall can accommodate up to 60 people. There is also a mirror hall with 50 seats on the ground floor. The venue is suitable for receptions, ceremonies and concerts. The room is also equipped with a data projector, a screen and a flipchart.

There is a conference room with a table for the secretary and seating for 15 people on the second floor. The room is also equipped with a data projector, a screen and a flipchart.
