Fill out the application and digitally sign it. Send it to pppsa@tallinnlv.ee or to the address of the government of the district where you live, which can be found under Service Providers.
If there are any deficiencies in the application, You will be contacted by email.
We will notify You then You can pick up the certificate.
If someone other than You will come to collect the certificate, please include their personal data in the cover letter.
If You wish to receive the certificate in digital format, You must note that it is in PDF format and that it has been signed digitally by a public servant. When printing on paper, the information will not have the public servant’s signature and seal.

As a rule, the certificate will be presented on paper.
