Transport-related plans and projects need to be coordinated with the city beforehand. It is important for establishing a secure traffic space near construction objects (such as office and residential buildings) and forming an infrastructure that supports different means of transport.

Transport-related arrangements are necessary for the Building Register proceedings (you can use the Building Register to submit and process construction-related documents such as building permits, authorisations of use etc.) You can find further instructions on the Building Register’s webpage.

For smaller projects, you can get your traffic arrangements coordinated by submitting them to the chief specialist of traffic of the respective region (contacts below). The project will be reviewed. If the project is not approved, you will be notified about its shortcomings. When you have fixed the shortcomings of your project, you can submit it for re-evaluation.
