Coordination of commercial bus lines in Tallinn
Processing and issuing of Tallinn commercial bus line permits and approval of timetables takes place according to the public transport law.
In order to apply for a bus line permit, you must submit these documents:
- a line permit application (you can find the form here);
- a draft for the conditions of carriage, including timetables (you can find the form here).
In order to change the timetable of a commercial bus line that already has a valid line permit, you must submit an application (you can find the form here).

Payment
According to the state fee law, fees for the assessment of line permit and timetable applications are:
o assessment of line permit application – 40 euros;
o assessment of timetable modification application - 26 euros

Add a copy of your ID to the application or other necessary additional materials.
What to do with the form
Send it with the required additional materials to the Tallinn Transport Department at Vabaduse väljak 10, 10146 Tallinn.

The application will be accepted for processing and you will be notified of the response as soon as possible.
