Enter the TERA database and submit an application. In the case of an application submitted through TERA, the district government shall communicate the necessary information to the applicant through TERA. The application shall be accompanied by at least the following documents:

1) an explanatory note to the medium;

2) a position plan indicating the planned location of the information medium;

3) a technical drawing of the information medium;

4) photographs of the planned location;

5) photomontage of the medium at the planned location.

The district government shall make a decision on the application within 30 calendar days as of the submission of a valid application. The decision can be viewed by the applicant in TERA. The applicant will be notified by e-mail of the decision.

A participant in proceedings has the right to file a challenge with the District Government within 30 days as of the date of notification or service of the administrative act and to request that the administrative act be revoked, amended or a new administrative act be issued.

A participant in proceedings may apply to the Tallinn Administrative Court within 30 days as of the notification of the administrative act without filing a challenge.
