Parental skills development

Parental skills development

Raising children is a meaningful and rewarding thing to do, but it is also often a difficult challenge. Don’t be afraid to ask for help! No one is born a good parent: they learn how to be one. Parenting training helps you develop a good relationship with your child, set boundaries, cope with difficult situations and develop other parenting skills.

‘Incredible Years’ parenting programme

Incredible Years’ is a four-month programme for parents of children aged 2-8 who need support and want to learn how to better raise their children. The training is organised by the National Institute for Health Development in cooperation with local governments. Residents of Tallinn can register for the training by e-mailing [email protected].
