All recipients of a pension supplement (i.e. pensioners registered in Tallinn who receive yearly support before their birthday month) are eligible to receive discounts related to the pension supplement. If the recipient of a pension supplement wants to receive the discount, when they first visit a service provider they have to bring an identifying document. After that, the discount providers can register the recipient of the pension supplement and a Tallinn Card can be used to identify the person.

When can I start to use the discounts? After the appointment of the pension supplement, you can begin to use the discounts in the calendar month following your birthday month.

Where pension supplement discounts can be used:

EUROAPTEEK applies a discount to all products sold in-store, except prescription medication and products already discounted by Euroapteek (campaign products etc.). The cost of the purchase will be decreased by 10% on every purchase but by no more than five euros in a calendar month.

A discount not used during a calendar month does not carry over to the next calendar month and the discount cannot be used in advance.

Pharma Holding (Südameapteek). Pension receivers who have the Tallinn Card and are registered as living in Tallinn receive a monthly 10% discount on purchases with a maximum regular price of 50 euros per month (maximum discount of 5 euros per month) on all products (except prescription medication).

Infotark AS (Büroomaailm) applies a 5% discount to all products sold in-store (supplies, equipment, consumables and office furniture), except products and services already discounted and gift cards.

BCA Autoekspert gives discounts to recipients of the pension supplement who are noted as the car’s owner or responsible user on the registry certificate. They will apply a 10% discount to car bodywork and painting, care and repair works and car rental services.

In the car park of Telliskivi 57d, the regular price of the parking service will be lowered by 4 euros per calendar month (regular price 38 euros) and 50 cents per day (regular price 2.50 euros).

Põrguvärav OÜ (Rehvikaubamaja) gives discounts to recipients of the pension supplement who are noted as the car’s owner or responsible user on the registry certificate. The seller applies a 5% discount to purchases and lowers the cost of a tyre change by 20% and the cost of car spare parts by 30%.
