Permit to build a fire
Making a fire in a public space is permitted only with prior approval from Tallinn Environmental Department, except on a fire site, that has been properly marked in a public space and constructed by City Government. Tallinn Environmental Department issues a permit, for making a fire in a public space, in writing. Fires can be made in one's own garden if the requirements of the following legislation are taken into account.
Where to start
Write an informal application. The application must include the contact data, the time period for small fure and the plan for the location of the fire.

Result
The permit is issued or denied.
