The service provider card allows the operator to provide a paid transport service. In the Tallinn area, the processing of service provider cards is managed by the Tallinn Municipal Police Department.

Requirements for the applicant

•         The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
•         To provide bike transport services, the applicant must hold a valid driver’s licence for any type of vehicle.
•         To provide fun ride services, the applicant must hold a valid driver’s licence in the respective category.
•         The applicant must comply with the requirement of good reputation. The applicant’s reputation is considered good if they do not have any convictions specified in § 424 of the Penal Code or in § 224 and § 227 of the Traffic Act.
