Social counselling in sign language

Counselling helps people who communicate in sign language and need support with their everyday activities.

We offer sign language users:

• assistance with filling in necessary documents at public institutions
• finding a job and negotiating with employers
• solving day to day problems that arise due to their hearing impairment

The target audience of the counselling service: People who are deaf or have hearing impairments registered in Tallinn’s Population Registry who use sign language for communication and need counselling, support and practical assistance in their everyday activities.
