The register of Tallinn's plans is available at https://tpr.tallinn.ee. The register was established to process design requirements, construction regulations, construction projects, detailed, comprehensive and thematic plans and to present information related to these procedures.
Where to start
Go to https://tpr.tallinn.ee
If there is no direct association with procedures then there is no need to log in to the register.
General procedure information is available for everyone.
Personal identification
If there is a direct association with some procedure (construction project, detailed plan, general plan), you need to log in to the register either with your ID-card or with your username.
Result
The final result is that it is possible to login to the Register of Plans of Tallinn with the ID-card or the username. It is possible to study procedures in the register that are of interest to the person.
When the result is unsatisfactory
When the person has logged in to the Register of Plans of Tallinn with username and password (or the ID-card) but if the information about interesting procedures is insufficient it is probably due to the fact the person and the specific procedure have not been linked.
