Cultural and leisure activities in Tallinn

Below is a list of leisure activities in Tallinn that are free of charge for people arriving from the war in Ukraine.

As a rule, all you need to do to redeem for activities is show your Tallinn smartcard and proof of identity. If registration is required for an activity, it is indicated.

  • Creative workshops in TrickTreck toy store

  • Tallinn Old Town tours in Russian
    On Saturdays, time must be scheduled with the organiser
  • Russian Puppetry Arts Theatre plays 
  • Half an hour long organ concerts Tallinn Dome Church
    Every Saturday at 12 o'clock
     
  • Jazzkaar offers free entrance to Ukrainian refugees to the following Autumn Jazz 2022 concerts:
    16.10 at 17.00 Kumu auditorium Pokaz Trio (Ukraine)
    17.10 at 19.00 Pärnu Concert Hall Pokaz Trio (Ukraine)
    29.10 at 18.00 Kumu auditorium Peter Bernstein Quartet (USA)
    30.10 at 17.00 Kumu auditorium Kaspar Kalluste (Estonia)

    There are two options to order a free ticket:

    1. On Piletilevi website click on the “Buy ticket” button by the concert information of your selected concert, enter the offer code/password “Ukraine” in the promo code field, select the price group “Ukraine” and add a free ticket to your shopping cart. You can then send the ticket to your e-mail. You can make the purchase without creating an account. Upon arrival to the concert, please present the ticket from your e-mail and a valid Ukrainian identity document.

    2. If the concert is not sold out, the free ticket can be also collected from the concert venue at Kumu Auditorium or Pärnu Concert Hall – the ticket sale point of the concert hall will be open 1 hour before the concert. Please present your valid identity document and we will print your ticket on site.

    The free ticket is valid only with an Ukrainian identity document, which is checked on site.
    Up to two tickets will be issued per person.
    Free tickets to the Ukrainian refugees will be issued as long as the concert is not sold out.
