Electronic voting enables voters to vote without going to a polling place. Electronic voting will take place 24 hours a day during the time frame of 11 October 9:00 to 16 October 20:00.
It is not possible to vote electronically on election day, 17 October. Those who have voted electronically have a right to change their vote by voting with a ballot paper on election day in the polling place of their electoral district.
You must have an ID-card or mobile-ID and a computer to e-vote. You cannot vote with a smartphone.
In order to start e-voting you need to go to the main pageof the election website. Before the e-voting begins, a voter application with all the necessary information and references for e-voting will be published there.
