If the voter cannot vote in a polling station due to a health condition or another compelling reason, they can apply to vote from home. You can submit an application to vote from home if you live in of the territory of your official electoral district of residence.

Voting at home will only take place on 15-17 October 9:00-20:00.

The voter has to submit a written request to vote from home by 17 October 2021 at 2 pm at the latest to the district administration of their residence. The written request must be digitally signed and sent to the following addresses of the district administrations:

In your request to vote at home, you must include:

1) the voter’s name;

2) the voter’s personal identification code;

3) the voter’s address;

4) the voter’s phone number;

5) the reason for voting at home,

for example:

• health condition;
• old age;
• difficult road conditions;
• lack of means of transportation;
• other reasons that hinder leaving your home.

If the electoral committee finds that there is not enough cause, they will inform you of the circumstances of the dismissal of your application.
