UserCentriCities – more user-friendly e-services

UserCentriCitiesThe goal of the UserCentriCities project is to audit, renew and adjust existing public sector e-services to be more user-friendly.

By the end of the project, the following will be created for the city of Tallinn:

  • list of indicators and metrics to measure the quality of public e-services
  • a digital dashboard that Tallinn can amend with their service quality indicators in order to compare them with other EU local governments
  • a digital support environment with tools and instructions that will allow Tallinn to methodically develop user-centric public e-services.

Project activities will be coordinated by Brussel's think tank Lisbon Council.

In addition to Tallinn, five European cities and districts will take part in the project – Espoo (Finland), Milan (Italy), Rotterdam (the Netherlands), Murcia (Spain), Emilia Romagna County (Italy).

The project budget is close to 1.5 million euros and the project duration is 1 December 2020 – 31 March 2023
