Due to the spread of COVID-19, we ask you to use our e-services and communicate via e-mail and phone instead of coming in person.

A parking pass is a pass which facilitates parking for a person with a disability or their companion. The pass will be given out for free.

The parking pass will be issued to people who have

  1. moderate, severe or profound physical disabilities;
  2. moderate, severe of profound visual impairments;
  3. temporary visual impairments or temporary physical disabilities due to which they have to use mobility equipment.

How long is the parking pass valid?

  • A parking pass will be issued for the duration of validity of the disability certificate, but no longer than for five years.
  • In case of a temporary physical disability or visual impairment, the parking pass will be issued for the period during which the person is disabled but no longer than six months.

The parking pass will be granted to a person, not a vehicle. The parking pass cannot be used for parking without the person it has been issued to. Thus the application, issuance and use of the parking pass is identity-based and is only valid when the person with the parking pass is driving or parking.
