Participate in the joint booth at the international MIPIM 2016

The Tallinn City Enterprise Department in partnership with the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Estonian Association of Real Estate Companies invites to you participate in MIPIM 2016, one of the leading international real estate markets, which will take place from 15 to 18 March 2016 in Cannes, France.

From 2011 to 2015, Tallinn, along with various entrepreneurs, has taken part in the exhibition for five years in a row. The goal has been to promote Tallinn’s entrepreneurial and investment environment internationally and help companies internationalize and attract investment. And increase confidence in their potential investors, clients and partners.

In 2015 Enterprise Estonia (EE) participated in the joint booth, and along with the Tallinn City Enterprise Department, Urban Planning Department, City Property Department and EE, the co-exhibitors included State Real Estate Ltd., Port of Tallinn, Mainor Ülemiste, Estonian Centre of Architecture, Uus Maa Property Advisors, Süda Invest (EstateGuru.eu), Kaamos Group, Pro Kapital Group, BPT Real Estate and Arcwood by Peetri Puit.

The MIPIM is the world’s leading property market that brings together specialists in the fields of real estate, investment, architecture and place marketing from around the world. The exhibition provides the best opportunity meet a large number of real estate developers in one place. The exhibition programme includes daily conferences and many receptions that are included in the price of the exhibition ticket. The participants are added to a database that is available to at least 20,000 professionals in the field.

Participation at the exhibition will be productive if there is sufficient time to make preparations and arrange meetings. Therefore, it is recommended that the decision to participate be made as early as possible and that the co-exhibitor agreement be concluded in good time. Participating in the joint booth provides an opportunity to use a comfortable work environment, establish contacts and benefit from the advice of companies that have participated in the exhibition before, as well as to organise and participate in the events taking place in the joint booth.

In order to participate in the joint booth, a co-exhibitor’s agreement must be signed with the Tallinn Enterprise Board. This agreement provides the right to use the joint booth to display one’s logo, conduct presentations and meetings, as well as display information on the screen and distribute information materials in the booth. The agreement also provides for the transport of a limited amount of marketing materials to the exhibition and back, as well as the storage of materials and outdoor clothing in the booth’s auxiliary space.
