If the voter is in the hospital, a twenty-four hour social welfare institution or custodial institution (a person with the right to vote who is not convicted), can vote 11-14 October 2021 9:00-20:00.

The voter does not need to submit a request, the voting will be organised by the electoral committee in cooperation with the institution’s administration who will submit the request to the electoral committee as early as possible but by 14 October at 14:00 at the latest.
