An afternoon session at the Tallinn/Estonia booth to share best practices related to smart concepts for the real estate industry, featuring a tasting of Estonian craft beer.

Real estate crowdfunding (peer-to-peer) for secured property loans where users can borrow from each other and invest capital in each others’ real estate projects. This platform was selected as one of the 10 most-have innovative solutions at MIPIM 2014.

Port of Tallinn has taken an approach to create the port area within the “city in the city” concept, being as an integral part of a modern cityscape with user-centered development both for citizens, passengers and companies.

• Quadruple helix partnership as a tool for new developments – Mr Indrek Tiigi, Partner and chartered architect of Allianss Architects and Mr Raiko Uri, Partner of Lumi Capital.

The creation of the Tallinn Vaba Lava (Open Stage) theatre centre is a good example of how new opportunities can be created in the cultural sphere in cooperation with the state and local governments, as well as the private and the nonprofit sectors.
