Voting on Election Day

On 5 March 2023, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., you can vote only at the polling stations in your constituency.

The following constituencies are available in Tallinn:

  • polling station No 1 – Haabersti, Põhja-Tallinn and Kristiine districts;
  • polling station No 2 – Tallinn City Centre, Lasnamäe and Pirita districts;
  • polling station No 3 – Mustamäe and Nõmme districts.

This means, for example, that a voter in the Haabersti district can choose a constituency of their choice from the list of the Haabersti, Põhja-Tallinna and Kristiine constituencies, and a voter in Mustamäe from the list of the Mustamäe and Nõmme constituencies.

Voters have the right to change their electronically cast vote by voting on election day with a ballot paper at the polling station of the constituency of their residence.

The polling stations in the Haabersti district are located as follows:

  • polling station No 1 – Tallinn Õismäe Vene Lütseum, Õismäe tee 28;
  • polling station No 2 – Haabersti Vene Gümnaasium, Õismäe tee 132;
  • polling station No 3 – Tallinn Mustjõe Gümnaasium, Paldiski mnt 83;
  • polling station No 4 – Tallinn Järveotsa Gümnaasium, Järveotsa tee 31;
  • polling station No 5 – Haabersti district Government building, Ehitajate tee 109a;
  • polling station No 6 – Rocca al Mare shopping centre, Paldiski mnt 102;
  • polling station No 7 – Haabersti Maxima XXX, Ehitajate tee 148.


The polling stations in Tallinn Central City are located as follows:
