The Tallinn City Government presented Warner Bros. and their local representative Allfilm with conditions for movie shooting on Pärnu maantee and adjacent streets.
Traffic restrictions will be imposed for two days - from 1:00
A.M. on 29 June to 11.59 P.M. on 30 June. Restrictions apply to
the section extending from Vabaduse väljak to the beginning of
According to the Transport Department, the restrictions
resemble the arrangements in place in 2014 when the tramway
tracks were renovated on Pärnu maantee.
Vehicles of emergency services must be provided clear passage
during the shooting.
Public transport will be available during the entire period
with potential temporary suspensions of no longer than 15
Traffic on the Liivalaia and Suur-Ameerika intersection will be
open subject to potential temporary closures of no longer than
Pärnu maantee will remain open for pedestrian traffic but
subject to potential suspensions of no longer than 15 minutes
to ensure pedestrian safety and allow flight traffic required
Visitors must have access to the Tallinn Vital Statistics
Department at Pärnu maantee 69 with temporary closures not
exceeding five minutes.
One lane must be available on Pärnu maantee during night time
when there is no filming - from 1:00 to 6:00 A.M. and from
11:00 to 12:00 P.M. on 29 June and from 1:00 to 6:00 A.M. and
from 11:00 to 12:00 P.M. on 30 June.

The city undertakes to close exits to Pärnu maantee from Sakala
tänav, Süda tänav, Roosikrantsi tänav, Hariduse tänav, Tõnismäe
tänav and Tatari tänav (with the exception of traffic bound for
the Vital Statistics Department).
Also, exits to Pärnu maantee from Luha tänav and Vineeri tänav,
plus exits from Deaconess Park, Paide tänav, Magdaleena tänav
and Rapla tänav will be closed.
Closure requires the establishment of safety zones near public
transport stops and an extensive publicity campaign informing
about traffic changes in streetcars and buses, at public
transport stops and by other means. Volunteers working at stops
will also be used to communicate the required information to
