City of Tallinn provides 568 different public services.
All services are described with the same service card in public
service database, which is accessible in our public webpage. 142
of all services are 100% digital and online. They are fully
automated and require little to no human intervention. There
are 53 information systems and databases in use to provide
these services plus national government X-road related
services.
