Cities around the world are actively finding most effective ways to manage the consequences of the ongoing novel coronavirus outbreak. The measures implemented vary greatly from city to city. Last Tuesday, the Head of Tallinn City Office, Mr Toomas Sepp, gave an interview to the Intelligent Community Forum about the measures taken by the City of Tallinn.
The Intelligent Community Forum is a global network of cities and regions with a think tank at its center. ICF’s mission is to help communities in the digital age find a new path to economic development and community growth – one that creates inclusive prosperity, tackles social challenges, and enriches quality of life.
Tallinn has been awarded as one of the 21 intelligent communities of ICF six times, last time this year and has been one of the TOPP 7 for 5 years – in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2013.
