Recycling stations operate on the summer schedule

Starting today, April 1, the opening hours of Tallinn recycling stations will switch to summer schedule. Pääsküla, Rahumäe, Paljassaare and Pärnamäe recycling stations are open in spring and summer on working days from 12.00 to 20.00. On Saturdays and Sundays, all recycling stations are open from 10:00 until 18:00. For waste removal and internal maintenance works, Paljassaare station is closed on Tuesdays, Pääsküla station on Thursdays and Pärnamäe and Rahumäe stations on Fridays.

Tallinn recycling stations are closed on public holidays, so during the coming Easter holidays, all recycling stations will be closed on the 2nd and 4th of April. On Saturday, April 3, all Tallinn recycling stations will operate according to the weekend schedule and will be open from 10:00 to 18:00.

From city residents, Tallinn recycling stations accept unlimited quantities of waste paper and cardboard, packaging, cooking oil and grease, scrap metal, complete electrical and electronic equipment and usable furniture free of charge. For free, residents can also hand over limited quantities of household garden and landscaping waste (0.6 m3), usable clothing (0.6 m3), untreated wood (1 m3), marked plastic waste (1 m3), tires (8 pcs), concrete ( 1 m3), pre-sorted bricks (1 m3), tiles and ceramic products (1 m3), flat glass (1 m3) and a certain amount of various hazardous wastes. Other waste and quantities exceeding the limits can be recycled on the basis of the price list of the recycling station.
